I was a bit skeptical of this cable at first because of how thin it is. However, it works perfectly, and the price is awesome. There's really no need to pay more. When you think about it, optical signals aren't subject to the same type of interference as traditional electrical signals. Thus, you don't need beefy shielding for a clear signal. Less material is also better for the environment!

This TOSlink to Miniplug is the perfect addition to my home theater. I use it to attach the Optical headphone jack on my Mac mini to my Yamaha 5.1 receiver. The mini connects to a HDTV LCD via DVI-HDMI cable and needs a separate audio connection. Sound quality is excellent with this cable!

I am a male with very small ears. I bought these headphones because they were designed for women and smaller ears. They are a great buy for the price. Sound quality is good, and as promised do not fall out even during the most strenuous crossfit work outs. They only issues I have is that they are still too big for small ears and they start to hurt behind the ear after about an hour of wear. Also I question the durability, after one month the behind the ear part is falling off.

This is the best cable that i have used. Recently my aux wire on my car stereo shorted out. It was just a cheap $10 one you get at radioshack. I read the reviews prior to purchasing on amazon and the only thing bad about it that i herd was that it had a tight fitting on the rca that made them easy to brake off. I planned on putting it in my car stereo so i didnt mind that they were tight. So when i installed the cable in my car stereo deck it did have the expected "tight fit." After playing through a few favorite songs i immediately noticed excellent music quality. I seriously could hear the tambourine in a song that i never knew had a tambourine in it.

I've had a RCA to aux cable from Radioshack that I bought a long time ago and I use it to hook my TV up to my stereo. I finally decided to replace it because the amount of distortion at high volume. This Monster cable certainly does the job and at high volume has a huge difference in the amount of distortion. But, of course there will always still be some distortion, however, it is not as noticeable. I'm glad I bought this cable and would've expected to pay more for it since it's a quality made Monster cable.

I also have not noticed any bass problem as mentioned in another review. HOWEVER, I have used this wire through my computer to the stereo and have ended up with a little too much bass. So, I'm guessing that if you decide to put this through another unit, it will NOT sound as good as it's supposed to.

I hooked this cable up to my receiver so my family could play the songs on thier ipods and iphones. Remember to turn the volume up on the iphone or ipod so you are not getting a weak signal on your receiver. The quality of the cable is very good, but then again it is a monster cable and I would expect nothing less. Very attractive price.

Don't waste your time going to local RadioShack or best buy. Save a bundle getting an excellent cable at a really good price right here. Also, don't waste your money buying the super-cheap, unshielded cables... you'll just get inference and throw them in the trash like I did. I am using this to connect my smart phone to an receiver. With the old, cheap cable I would get popping noises about every minute or so. Using the new, high quality Monster Cable the problem is gone.

I was a total beginner when I purchased this violin and have had no regrets. My son was learning at school and I was curious about learning too. We were renting my son's violin. I definitely wasn't going to purchase a high priced violin, I didn't want to commit to renting and taking lessons myself, so I opted for this to see if I'd be interested in pursuing the violin. I thought if it was total junk I could return it, and at the least, I could learn fingerings and how to basically play, and it would look good on the wall if it was only good for decoration. I was pleased at how nice it looked, and that I could play it. I loved learning the violin. After six months, I ended up joining an adult orchestra and had to rent an acoustic violin (which does sound better), but I purchased this violin for less than I would have spent renting for six months. I like the way this violin feels (especially the chin rest and bow) better than the rental. I still use this violin when I want to play quietly, and usually bring this when I travel since I'm not as worried about it. It's my "beater" violin! If you're used to playing nice violins you may be disappointed, but if you don't know any better, you'll probably be very happy with it. This is great for a beginner.

When I opened it, one of the strings was broken. Two others were bent. And another string broke when I was tuning it. Also the pegs slip so I can't keep the non broken ones in tune. Everything else works. I used my own rosin; dark rosin preference. Unhappy that I'll need to spend $65 in order to make this violin playable as is.

I've never seen a bridge installed. is it supposed to be disconnected? barely makes sound. it's on, the battery is working. why won't it work well? very sad...well it is a violin...if you have a QC guy that gets checks from you ...he Exxon Valdezed my violin....since you may appreciate music, as you sell violins, what do you suggest? should i declutter my room and just through it away. should i keep the case and toss the violin? I will defiantly keep the bow, it looks like a nice piece of wood work there. i'm going to raise it from one star to two for the bow....

I was really worried when I first got it. The strings, bridge and pegs needed to be put in. Broke the E string right away. Would not make a sound. Finally I scrapped the old rosin and bought some new stuff. Then Whoala, sound! Peg oil helps tremendously too. But for the cash it sounds remarkable. Excellent for begginers. I would recommend to any of my friends. Just remember NEW ROSIN and PEG OIL!

I just received the violin, and it is a Christmas present for my son, so other than setting up, tuning it, and wrapping it, I don't have a lot to say.

I will say I am a little surprised at how good the bridge is. I bought a Sojing earlier in the summer, and its bridge was garbage.

The violin comes with fine tuners on every string, although one of them wasn't attached and the string was lose in the case. My Sojing only came with a fine tuner for the E string.

The Bow is good, and the rosin was easy to use, although I would recommend upgrading both eventually.

Didn't try the head set, but based on looks alone, the Sojing headphones appear better.

The quality of the case....for a beginner....thumbs up.

I will update this more after Christmas and my son (and me) have more time with it.

I would recommend this for any beginner looking to find a decent starter

I received the item on time. All the peripherals were correctly shipped including the VFX software CD. One major issue though was that the software key listed on the software packaging was incorrect. This was reported to amazon via their help chat option with no quick solution, however an email to MixVibes promptly solved this. The software though buggy is packed with features...as advertised. There are tons of visuals and effects for any DJ who wants to be more creative with their mixes. I bought this particularly for the VFX software as I am switching to video and there is no better solution out there.In terms of product support MixVibes is great with a dedicated forum where experienced users can help new comers. They provide regular updates for the vfx software and thier other products. There is also a beta program available for testing future releases of the software.

Summary: If you're a DJ crossing over from audio into video or want exciting visual effects to spice up your mix, this is a great solution.

Pros: Great idea for for adding visuals to any DJ

: Midi controller is built sturdy and is very precise and responsive (customed built for VFX Software led backlit controls, great portability.

All other headphones are overpriced, over-hyped, and over-packaged. These get the same packaging treatment as a bag of screws: plastic bag, piece of cardboard and a staple. What that means is that you're not paying an extra $20-$30 for more garbage. Nor are you paying an extra $100+ for a company that relies on brand hype to make their money. All you get is high quality, music industry level sound. These are well balanced with clear highs, deep lows and defined mids. They're designed to let the cord dangle below the ear or to wrap around the back of the ear giving a more secure fit. Also, included on the cord is a little piece to cinch the cord close to your head so it doesn't wave around and get tangled. And one of the best features, showing this is designed for music professionals... NO CORD NOISE when it bumps against you. So many $100+ in-ear headphones suffer from the horrible oversight of cord noise traveling to the ear when you bump it making them less than idea for wearing while moving, which some people like to do while wearing headphones.

These are what I call high-value headphones. You get so much more than what you pay for or you get exactly what you pay for and the out of control headphone industry has made products like this a rarity.

I needed to upgrade my ear buds for our wireless system at Church. We are reqired to play spot on and there is no room for error, hence I need to hear everything and mixewd well at that. We play at about 95db+ and it is a large platform. I often cannot even hear my amp on the platform, even when it is cranked up, I get all my mix in the wireless system. I was recommended this brand by some of the professional musicians at Church, so I went ahead and ot these. They are fantastic. I could not believe all of the sound, tone and timing I was missing. I play better now because I can hear 1000 x better. These are great ear buds at this price point. Yes you can spend allot more, but you really do not need to, at least in this type of application. I will be buying a back up set of these very soon.

I first came across these headphones in an airport somewhere in Europe when my over-priced and under-quality Skull Candies stopped working. I used them for like 1-2 years until I finally wore them out. After much searching and trying out other brands, I found and bought this matching pair on Amazon, which I in turn used for another year or so. I still have them, but I'm ordering a back-up pair now because I'd hate to see these go without a proper replacement. I also own a pair of Dr. Dre's iBeats and I refuse to wear them. The Sennheisers may not sound as good, but they are SO much more durable (washed with my laundry TWICE!) and cheaper ($60 vs $200, what?). The sound dampening is sufficient for any plane ride and much better than any other pair in this price range. And I think the sound quality is excellent.

Also, one of the less talked about traits: I really like how light they are. One of the major complaints I have with other brands/models (like iBeats) is that they are just too heavy/bulky and get pulled out of my ears with the slightest tension on the cord. These don't.

I have tried other Sennheisers, but have not found other models to be any better bang for the buck. I'd recommend these to anyone who'd listen.

OK, so you want to buy some buds but have read all the reviews on the other contenders and found them having quality problems? Not these-solid as the year is long. Cord is heavy duty-buds are sturdy and well constructed. Sound is superb-but then these are the buds that come with a 700 dollar wireless sound system so of course they are not going to be downtown skid row. It is a little known secret that taking this short cut, buying buds that come with a expense system is the road of gold leading to audio nirva. Highs are crisp, mids are full and wide, and base is not that irritating ghetto teen thumping type of nonsense. Good buds for general use and will last forever. Enjoy, and forget the over priced flimsy meager sound buds you read so much about in reviews-old horse face is a happy horse with three hoof stomps down on these-no long face here thats for sure!

I was hesitant to buy a pair of earbuds for $60. I wasn't looking for professional in-ear sets or something custom molded--just a comfortable, quality sounding set of earbuds. These definitely fit the bill! Though moderate priced, they are NOT cheaply made and they have a great sound. Good low end and high end, and they fit comfortably in-ear. It's a bonus that they're designed the cord for behind ear placement, with a small cinch for a keeping the wires close to your neck. Perfect for wireless monitor packs!
