This was a terrible product. I was not able to get sound after a day. The flashing light that came on for the short bit of time it worked was really annoying. The earbuds are terrible. And I am sending it back for a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this.

Was working initially for a few days. After that it stopped working. Not a very good quality. Would not purchase or recommend for the most part.

I have Turtle Beach headphones with mic excellent but too hot for me. I like the Sony MDR W24 headphones but no mic.

I haven't tried the earbuds that come with it because I don't like earbuds.

It replaces the soundcard, so you must go into control panel and change it to the USB sound card on the unit. The sound quality is good and the mic sound check picked up a near whisper with good sound quality also.

To me the LED light is annoying so I covered it as I have plugged into the front panel.

Overall it is very good, the earpiece not very comfortable for long use (you can change your better earphone) but it has a very short cord to attached very nicely to the mike, which you clip to your collar.

When I found this product online I thought it was too good to be true for it's price. Turns out that was the case.

When you receive the product, there's a sticker on the front that lists all the ipods since around 2007 that the cable does not support (ipod touch 2nd gen, ipod classic 120gb, etc).

Nice enough product, I think most problems occour from the collection of dust in the connector. It occasionally turns off, quits playing music, and rarely charges. I have 1 bit of advise though, RUN THIS CABLE DIRECTLY TO IBUS. Do not run this to the pioneer iPod converterm it is WAY to slow if you control your iPod through your head unit.

The installation was easy and this product indeed allows you to play music from your ipod/iphone in the car; however it does not charge. Kind of a bummer but the music sounds great.

After being told and sold the wrong cable, twice, I'm just happy this one fits and works! It's a decent cable, sound quality is good, and super easy to install, it plugs right in. Only complaint is the cheapo inline fuse power supply wired into the plug. If you want this cable to charge your Ipod, you need to connect the red wire to a 12V power source and black to ground. Now, I've installed quite a few inline fuses, so I was surprised when this one just cracked and fell apart when I installed the fuse and tried to twist the case together. At least I can listen to my Ipod while I drive down to O'Reilly's to buy a quality inline fuse, that is, if my Ipod doesn't die along the way.

The product you receive is not what is shown in the picture. The locking tab is on the right face you can see in the picture. This then changes the rest of the keyed plug in functions.

If that is critical to you like it was to me you will want to pick another product. I ended up sending mine back to get another product sold on Amazon.

I love the fact that I can have a any combo of all 4 inputs assigned to any of the 4 outputs. I have 2 of these in 2 locations and only 1 failed once during a huge electrical storm. At the price, I should have just purchased a back-up. They are not better but a lot cheaper than running 2 $1200 sound processors. I have used other option and this is the easiest.

I had this unit installed in my restaurant/ bar for about 2 years. About 6 months ago one of the zone buttons become hard to keep in the "on" position and the sound would fade out. Now the same problem has occured on multiple buttons. I am now out of warranty and when I contacted the manufacturer directly about the problems I had been experiencing they gave me a generic response telling me I could send the unit in for repair at $100/hr. This seems like poor customer service on a product that only lasted 1.5 yrs. It's very frustrating because this mixer is the only one that I have found that has all the functions I need. Wouldn't recommend.
