Just got my wireless Noontec Zoro headphones and this is based on a couple hours of use connected to my Droid DNA with built in "beats audio". These sound fantastic and the Bluetooth works great. The bass bumps at max volume but it doesn't overpower the rest of the music at any volume. Every instrument and vocalist is easily distinguishable and very clear. The sound and the bass are slightly better than the Bose IE2 or OE2, those are the only good sets I have been able to compare them to. I like that I can add a 3.5mm cord if the battery runs out and they are very light and comfortable. I'm very glad I sold my Bose IE2s for these. They are my first wireless pair and I hope they last a long time.
The only con I've noticed is if I'm watching something on my laptop and I walk out of range and walk back, the sound goes out of sync and I have to disconnect and reconnect. This is my first Bluetooth pair so I'm not sure if there's a setting to fix that from happening. Aside from that these are great and I would definitely buy another Noontec set in the future.

Bluetooth lag problem is fixed by simply pausing the video until I get back.
2 things about the sound quality, first the bad, I noticed some very minor vocalist distortion at high volumes when using Bluetooth. The good, when using the 3.5mm cable you get HD sound more comparable to the ZORO HDs, ZERO distortion, the music sounds amazing and the bass is deeper and much fuller sounding. For what I paid on a deal site I'm very happy with these headphones. I'm hoping a little more burn-in period will make them shine even more.
