This head was recommended to me from a friend who has been a professional guitar player for over thirty years. I have chased a nice "Marshall" crunch without the ear splitting volumes for years without the use of outboard gear. My friend said to check this new head out.

I can truly say I plugged straight in and there it was. I put it through a custom made 2x12 cabinet made of 9 ply birch. It is loaded with Celestion 30 watt greenbacks. It sounds outrageous in overdrive, and also gorgeous on the clean channel. The clean channel is not as loud as the overdrive channel.

The head comes with a foot switch, and a cabinet cable.

Overall, a very nice product for the price point. I would buy again if necessary.

Was looking for an all round amp to produce my own sound. This amp sounds terrific through many cabs. I run it through a 1 x 12 eminence speaker for better low end. It is plenty loud. Much better than the HT-1R which I found useless for low level playing. The amp is very quiet. Perfect for studio use.

Clean Channel is well.. clean as you get and doesn't start breaking up until 4 O'clock. Has a tone knob going from muffled to bright clean. Perfect for U2, Beatles, or Pop. Cons: No gain knob on Clean channel.

Dirty channel is where this amp shines. Goes from blues straight to gritty hard rock. You have to work the Bass, Mid & Treble knobs in conjunction with ISF tone shaping knob. This helps you to get perfect tone Fender to Marshall sounds are all in here. From SRV to Black Sabbath to Led Zeppelin. I love the sound.

It loves pedals. I use a Crybaby in front of it and it sounds great. Also used a Boss Blues drive and Boss Dual Overdrive with it and it makes the clean channels shine. You get an all together different sound.

The reverb is very decent. The emulated output is also great but I prefer mic'ing up the cab as you get more harmonics.

It is very loud and has great low end through a decent cab. The hotter it gets the better it sounds.
