This is a very nice amplifier for your Acoustic Guitar, I use portable type of pick ups with my acoustic guitars and this amp. The chorus effect is excellent for it gives the depth effect and will make your playing sound like more that just one acoustic guitar. I ordered this unit to replace a Behringer AT 108, which I returned to the seller. While the 108 was feature-rich, the sound was substandard, and the power supply hummed with nothing connected. The AG-15 is dead silent when turned on and doesn't even pick up the flourescent lights in the room. The fun begins when you start playing. Wow! This thing sounds good. I got this amplifier to use with my Taylor guitar. Plugging it in and turning it on, it sounded and worked so much better than what I anticipated that it made me smile. For its budget price it sounds clean and clear and has the Chorus function as well. I also like the way it is built to lean back and project sound up and out. This is a great all around amp for practice or for small gigs. I recommend it.
