The build quality is great and it's highly durable. I've had this for over 2 years and I leave it in the car a lot. The fret board is slightly smaller than the standard electric. I don't have big fingers but sometimes I find it harder to hold a chord clean. However, it's easier to hold some of the stretchy jazz chords more easily on this than on a standard.It's very small (people think it's a violin when it's in the bag) and I've taken it on the plane many times. It fits the overhead storage.
The sound quality, though, can use some improvement. It sounds kinda tin-ish. But I don't really care about it that much. I just won't use it to perform.
