I'm trying to get started with voiceovers and this mic and accessories are an excellent start for a home studio. Naturally there are better mics available but for the money this will give me reliable output as I get started.

I love this mic, it is amazing. I have yet to really use it for serious work. But I have played around with it, with my friends. It is easy to use, easy to set up. It came in excellent condition and all the things that was listed were included when it arrived. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves music or making youtube videos.

This is the second snowball mic that we have purchased. This one is used at school for recording. I use it with Windows 7 and xp. It is a good mic for general recording purposes. I have used it for vocals, guitar, piano, and podcasting. There is a switch to change the recording level on the mic, giving you extra control over what you are doing. I had to download a patch for the driver on one of the computers to use this, but no problems with any of the others. I have had this connected to about 7 computers without problems.
