I bought this headset to use with a bluetooth transmitter CLEAR SOUNDS CS-QLINK Stereo TV Transmitter/Bluetooth Dongle but it just won't pair with that device.
It does pair fine with multiple computers and my phone (Droid Maxx).
Pros:
They are fairly comfortable (the reason I bought them
Wide range of volume up to too darn loud
Controls are convenient and intuitive
Cons:
The biggest thing I don't like is there are notification tones that don't seem to be controlled by the volume control. So if you have them on when they pair with a device or you hit the "dial" button it blasts its notification.
The sound quality is somewhat disappointing. It's not as bad as AM radio but also nowhere near FM let alone CD. If you're looking for high quality music, spend more money.
I'm keeping them even though they don't work for the app I bought them. I do enough teleconferencing for work and I like them for phone calls.
