Difficult to put in ears, uncomfortable and easily fall out while doing any activity. I would not recommend these at all.What a rip off this was cheap in not only cost but everything else as well, it would never take a charge and performance without a direct source of power was not possible.I purchased them for the purpose of listening to music while doing yoga and they do not work for that. They do not have the proper system to sync for music with most newer phones and mp3 players. However, it will sync and read and reply to text messages as well as talk on the phone hands free. So that much was nice.So fare this is working good and I have had no trouble with but I order black. And got black and red instead of what I ordered
