When I first saw the Fender Rumble 30 at its listed price, I jumped on it and I'm glad I did. I have a 53-watt guitar amp, and a 75-watt bass amp. I bought this one because I needed something smaller that I could play at lower volume (at home) without losing the authority in the bass's tone. It is plenty loud for a home or party environment. The dynamics of the amp give me any sound I want, and the AUX IN jacks are a nice touch. Perfect for entertaining myself or working up new song. I recommend this amp for anyone who has a bass guitar beginner or pro. You can't get this sound for this price with any other amp.

Okay Look a couple disgruntled customers gave bad reviews about a product that does exactly what it's advertisements claim. 49 keys check, non-weighted keys;check, play 4 octives whithout using octive shift;check, pitch bend;check, modulation;check, assignable midi;check. Plug and Play, no driver installation needed with most every DAW not just Garage Band or Mac Products. Those people don't know what they are talkin about or what kind of equipment they are looking for frankly. I use a Sony Vaio with Windows Vista 64 bit, my DAW is FL Studio. It works fine. No, it doesn't make any sounds unless you have a program that it can communicate with, then there is no sound that is known to man that it want make for you, if only you now how to instruct it. It's not the keyboard's fault if you don't know how to use it. This keyboard is more for people who are into music production and have not progressed far enough or have not decided that they want to invest a couple of grand in a more serious keyboard, it's absolutely worth a bucks. My advise to the lady is that if hubby doesn't know how to make his own melodies and background music, then just get him a toy Casio keyboard he'll love that. The only thing I would complain about is that the keys are not weighted, but I know that when I bought, it's a work around though. You just have to get used to the sensitivity, it would be nice if you could manually adjust the sensitivity setting to your personal touch. Good Keyboard not Great. There are no great keyboards @ bucks!

For $100, this is a really solid MIDI controller. The pitch and vibrato are a nice rubber and move smoothly. The pitch bend even returns to 0 smoothly when released.

This isn't a $1000 controller, but the keys are full size and are velocity sensitive. They lack weight, which may put some off that are looking for a nice weighty bounce from the keys.

It works with Sony Acid Pro out of the box-no driver install! There is a nifty 1/8" to USB adapter for using a mic and headphones on your PC/laptop at the same time from one USB. This device requires a driver installed, and the SW is either with the unit or dl from the net (what I did). I haven't opened the CDs yet, as I really don't need them. I think one has a DAW on it, just in case you don't have one. Now that I think about it, if the one misguided reviewer had had her husband install the DAW, he could have made all the sounds he wanted.

The one thing I really like is the 'edit mode', which I didn't think I'd need. It lets you reassign the controls to send different signals to your DAW. You can use the octave up/down to change programs, for example, or use the keys to select one by number. You can even re-assign the volume control to do things like reverb!

Pluses have to also include that it is 100% USB-powered. No extra power supply hanging around.

Just got it for my 12-year-old boy who has asked for a keyboard to use with his MacBook, and the one at Apple Store has too few keys(25) with higher price tag. He's very happy with this one because it doesn't come with all the other complicated control buttons on the top, and he's not complaining about the light-weight keys even though he's played "real" piano for five years. The best part is how easy for him to hook this up with his MacBook..........just connect the UBS, that's all. No power cord or batteries to deal with, and no installation CD needed at all. It worked immediately.

I am happy with the price. It really meets both my boy's and my expectations.

This is a few-frills keyboard, but it feels good to play and does exactly what it's supposed to very well.

My need was simple: I needed a midi-enabled keyboard to serve as an input device for music sequencing software. I had no need for complex features within the keyboard itself; all of that functionality takes place within the software. I had no need for 88 keys--just enough to be practical and not have to constantly be adjusting octaves. I wanted to plug it in and use it immediately on my Mac.

The M-Audio Keystudio is exactly all of those things. Its functionality is perfectly simple. It has 49 notes--just about right for entering a one line or instrument at a time. Its keys are pressure-sensative (though they are quite light and not at all like a piano). I plugged it in, and it worked.

It won't win any awards for its solid construction or keyboard dynamics--but for simple MIDI inputting it is great. I recommend it for exactly that.

Went down to the store to get one of these and didn't like that it was going to cost $12. Came home checked online to find something cheaper but was a little scared because it was so cheap. Saw another review said basically what I was thinking but that it worked great. That it does. I don't notice any difference between my TV volume vs computer volume. I have to turn the computer volume up more but that was just because on the actual speakers of the TV. I recommend these to anyone who is looking for them.

I ordered a 6 ft cable and the one I received was 1 ft. The length was the most important aspect to this purchase for me, it is difficult to buy something you need when the name and pictures lie.

I was looking for a cable to connect my phone to my cars sound system. The six feet is more than enough to pass the phone around to friends who want to web surf or play games while playing music. The cable was thicker than I expected it to be, which is nice so it should last for many years to come. The contacts are gold plated and the music sounds like it is supposed to so no static. It came to me two days early, which was a nice surprise in the mail, so the dealer knows what they are doing. Good Job.

It works perfect for what I purchased it for. I plug it into the headset outlet on my laptop, and then into the aux outlet on the back of a Jensen "boom box". This allows me to tape classes I'm taking on internet onto cassette tapes in the "boom box", so I can listen to them again later. I'm very happy with it.

I took two days reading the Amazon reviews, website reviews and forum reviews. This pop dual screen filter received the highest reviews. It has even out performed the metal mesh pop filters (even Yeti's own Blue-specific model, which I almost bought). This On Stage pop filter is solidly constructed, stays in place well and although made of plastic is great quality.

The dual screen more effectively blocks the exhalation air than a single screen design. I have done multiple audio recordings with and without the screen to compare the difference. The filter creates a very significant reduction in the "p", "f", "d" and "s" pops that happen when speaking or singing. The voice quality sounds crisper and clearer as well losing the stuffiness that is heard without a filter. The change is much better in my opinion.

The arm is constructed of metal and bends to shape easily. It is a very firm arm and holds the shape you bend it to. I have had the arm installed for over 6 weeks and it has not moved it position yet unless I move it of course.

The round head can swivel, which isn't really necessary once it's set up properly.

The clamp works very well and grips the mic base securely. I use this with my Blue Yeti microphone. I've uploaded the 3 photos in this listing to show how I've installed it. During my own research I read many reviews where people had problems attaching the pop filters but not with this model. The clamps on other models have flaws that will scratch/damage the mic's base or not hold firmly. Some pop filters must screw on. Others have invented some interesting and effective ways to secure their pop filters, but none of that is needed with this filter. It works perfectly right out of the box.

The only fault that I've found with this pop filter is that the clamp seems to shift ever so slightly when I am moving the entire mic unit. The grip is firm, but not firm enough to withstand the bumps that happen when I move the mic from my shelf to my table. The pop filter has never fallen off, it's just that I need to re-tighten and adjust the clamp on occasion. We are not talking large movements here I mean millimeters. This is not a big enough issue to warrant even a 1/2 star drop in the review.

I've uploaded 3 photos of this pop filter installed on my Blue Yeti mic so that you can see how it easily and securely attaches. I highly recommend this filter, not only for the Blue Yeti, but for any microphone. The audio benefit is very noticeable and well worth the investment.

For anyone struggling with deciding to purchase a pop filter, I can tell you that this $20 investment has saved me about 2-4 hours of audio editing per 60 minute audio file that I used to perform prior to this purchase. Take my advice get one! You'll be so happy that you did.

This is a great pop filter. The double screen really cuts out a lot of wind noise and "P" sounds. Having the pop filter in place doesn't change the quality of the recording either.

Pros

clamp is plenty strong and opens up wide for all sizes of mic stands

goose-neck makes it very adjustable

double screen provides more than adequate filtering

end of the goose-neck swivels for more adjustability

Cons

none so far

I upgraded to this Dual Pop Screen from a Metal Mesh one. The mesh was recommended to me by a friend and it did a decent job, but it would allow some B's and P's to slip through. Since using the Dual Pop Filter, I have yet to get an audible pops in the mic. I would highly recommend this product!

This pop filter does work at suppressing sibilants, but unfortunately what it does best is GET IN THE WAY OF EVERYTHING. I like to get really close to the mic for my soft vocals, but this pop filter does not allow that.

Also, I noticed this thing tends to deaden and blur the vocals as well, as if singing through a thick blanket. If you like your vocals to sound rich and bright, go for another pop filter.

I needed to run my mini connection from my massive PA, powered speakers to my computer or Smart Phone to fill my patio and backyard with sound. This cable works great. One built in difficulty with the Amazon rating system is that you'd like to know longevity of a product, and you rate it before longevity happens. It is what it is. The cable got her quickly. I would buy it again. I would recommend it.

I bought this clip to hold my headphone extension cable when rehearsing and playing live, and it works great! We run In Ear Monitors (IEMs) while we play, but we don't use a wireless setup. As such, we need headphone extension cables, and this little guy works great for securing the cable to the back of my strap. I am sure it would work well for a guitar cable as well, but you can just run that cable through your strap.

I have used different cables for my Triple Fi 10. The default cable, of course, is a piece of garbage. I also used the braided ES8 cable from Jaben. The braiding on that cable developed a bad habit of unraveling, and the hooks around the ears eventually developed a green color. The Jaben cable just wasn't doing the job anymore, so I knew I needed something else. I saw this cable and eventually decided to buy one. When I used it for the first time, I noticed what a major improvement it was over my previous cables. I'm so glad I bought it. I may be using my TF10 more often because of this cable.

Great build quality on this Fiio cable. The braiding on this cable is tight and looks like it won't unravel. The metallic plug on the cable also looks well-built. It's a straight plug, but I prefer an L-shaped plug. Not a big deal, and I won't deduct points since I knew about it before buying. I like the ear hooks since they maintain their form without being stiff. The ear hooks are just a thin layer of flexible plastic; no memory wire to constantly adjust. The memory wire on other cables would sometimes lose its shape which got annoying. This is something I no longer have to worry about. There is no metal in the ear hook, so I'm guessing that there shouldn't be any discoloration. I'll have to see what happens after some heavy use.

As for the sound, the bass seems tighter and vocals seem smoother with this cable. There is definitely an improvement in sound quality. I'm not good at describing sound, so that's pretty much all I can say about that.

The Fiio RC-UE2 cable is well worth the purchase. A great replacement that doesn't cost much. It can be found cheaper if you look around. I got mine for $28 somewhere else, so there are cheaper options out there.

-------------------------------

Update:

This cable can pick up rubbing noises at times. It easily picks up noise when the two wires past the Y-split rub against each other. Sliding up the cable cinch so the cables don't rub against each other seems to solve this problem. I use my earphones at home while sitting down, so I haven't noticed any other rubbing noises yet.

-------------------------------

Update 2:

I'm really starting to notice how microphonic this cable is. It easily picks up noise when any part of the cable rubs against something. Sliding the cable cinch real high or using the shirt clip seems to help. A rather annoying problem though.

Also, the material of the cable feels kind of stiff and plastic-like. I wish it were made of a softer material. The cable also coils up on itself. The problem may disappear if I store my earphones without wrapping them. That's how I store them though, so I really notice the problem every time I use my earphones.

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. I still think that it's a great cable, but it does have some issues that stood out to me.

My UE's were accidentally shut in a car door so that was the end to the factory cable. I purchased these as a replacement and found them a pleasant upgrade.

Bass is a little punchier and they feel a little more airy. As a heavier than stock gauge it does not suffer as much at higher volumes.

The biggest upgrade is the feel. The factory cable was very stiff especially when cold and uncomfortable. This one is limp as a braided rope and comfortable. It comes with a shirt clip and also adjusts up and down at the split point just like the factory cord. It is rope like and pearl like in appearance.

My only complaint is while the connector is extremely heavy duty the lack of a right angle connector is not as nice for me. Normally I use these when I work out and wrap excess cord around my mp3 connector. I do not think a sharp U bend at the connector will fare well for these over time. This is my usage however and not a fault of the product so I would not drop a star.

I was always skeptical about improvements in a particular set of ear pieces's performance, just by upgrading the cables. The UE Triple-fi 10 IEMs are particularly known by the poor quality factory cables. The original cable lasted nearly two years, a replacement factory cable was over in one year, after less than 50 hours of use. Instead of wasting money on another pair of factory cable, I looked for third party options, and I was fortunate to come across the RC-UE2 by FiiO. The difference in sound is hard to describe, you have to hear it to believe it. The bass is a lot more powerful, clear and punchy, the sound stage is wider, an the overall details are increased significantly. This cable may be the best upgrade anyone can get for these IEMs, at lest for the price anyway.

This review will be concise and to the point. I's not really an avid reviewer, however, in some instances I feel obligated. Also, no one has reviewed this item yet so I'll put in my experience and perhaps might persuade some potential buyers...As far as sound quality I didn't do a wire comparison...but I didnt buy them for that reason. Maybe someone else could comment on that.

This cable is exactly what Ive been waiting for. I have had my ultimate ears triple fi 10's for a couple years now. They are amazing IEM's but man is it a frustrating set..due to comfort/fit issues. I initially assumed the problem to be associated with ear tips. I have tried all kinds... the included pairs, all 3 types comply has to offer, and also a sony set. With the slightest wiggle these buds would always slip out of my ear no matter what tip I used. So I decided to try my luck with an upgrade cable. The OEM cable is just a strange material. It fails to be loose enough to be comfortable and not flexible in way that is beneficial. It just kind of takes its own shape and you try and deal with it. I had trouble with the memory wire around my ears and was constantly adjusting it to no avail. When FiiO introduced their first version of the replacement cable to the triple fi's (RC-UE1) I was excited for it and bought it straight away. It took on a more traditional material that just hangs loosely. It was good cable but the wire was very dense, thick, and therefore heavy. Also, the jack on them was quite large, but that wasnt a huge concern. The wire was just so heavy that it would pull the buds from my ears, however, i liked the way the non-memory wire fit around my ears...it was close to being what i needed...but anyways...on to the good.

This 2nd attempt at a UE replacement cable is awesome. The new braided design is super lightweight. I jam the buds in my canals and then the wire just kind of fits around my ear more naturally. I never feel the wire antagonizing my attempt to keep the IEMS secure. I actually mowed my whole lawn (about 2 hours) without them falling out or even needing adjusted. FiiO has also improved the 2.5mm jack, it is much smaller and more appropriately sized than their 1st cable. Also, they come with a wire clip to hook the wire to your clothes to avoid any tugging on the wire...

In conclusion, I love this wire and it has increased my listening time for my UE's 10 fold. Combined with the comply "comfort" foam tips i have finally found a set-up that is comfortable and stays put for hours at a time. I can finally enjoy these IEM's instead of just keeping them holstered due to all the hassle that would ultimately ensue everytime I got them out. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Want FiiO RC-UE2 Replacement Cable for Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 PRO Discount?

This cable is not bad as a replacement consider its price range, didnt expect much to being with. The only thing that I don't like is the fitment of the "ear hook". Its a bit too big for my ears, they pretty much wrapped the cable with a clear plastic tub thing. I tried to wear this when I go to the gym, and thats kinda annoying, so if you are looking to hit the gym with these cable I'll look for something else.
