I got some high end headphones that I wanted to hook up to my tv receiver. After doing that I needed a long extension cable so that the headphones could be moved easily around my apartment. This adapter cable is excellent. It is an inexpensive generic brand of the highest quality that meets if not beats the quality of the more expensive brands. When I first hooked it up it felt like the sound quality was going in and out and that the cables didn't stay in securely. Stupid me. I looked at it more closely and realized that the plugs going into or out of this extension cable need to be pushed in tightly till there is a definite click as it snaps securely into place. I have honestly never had a cord that held plugs as tightly and securely as this one. And after doing that the sound quality has never wavered and is consistently excellent.
There is no way that any plug can slip out of this cable however far you walk or move around utilizing the very generous 25 feet of cable. The sound is awesome and never falters. I never have to worry with this cable. I highly recommend this superb quality product. And just be sure you push your plugs in till securely in place and you will have a superb listening experience.

Good cable that works, at a very good price. We use these 25' and 50' cables for everything from extending the distance between computer speakers, to extending the reach of head phones plugged into the TV for late-night viewing without disturbing others in the house. My daughter uses one of these cables for extending the reach between her earbuds and her iPod docking station when she is in her room. I plugged this into the headphones port in the front of my PC and the other end into my headphones. I got fuzzy audio in one ear. If I rotated the male headphone plug inside the female extension connecter I could heard the audio connection going in and out. It was impossible to get a solid connection. I tried it with a second pair of headphones and got the same result. When I connected the headphones directly to the PC they worked great. Clearly the issue is with the extension cable.I gave this product 1 star because there isn't much for it to do. It either works or it doesn't. In this case, it doesn't. The product was inexpensive enough that I'm not going to waste my time on a return/refund.
