I bought these for the design but the great quality is a bonus in my opinion. Since alto of retailers will slap on a logo from a series and not actually think about the quality.
All in all a great pair of headphones, they are stylish like Beats and have nice sound to them; I believe the only down side is that the jack piece isn't too long so don't expect to use it at longer distances.
