I've owned this amp for about a year now. It was purchased to replace my marshall mb15, and I must say, it is a huge improvement both in tone and in volume (obviously). This baby gets very loud, even when using a passive bass! I rarely turn the volume above 12 o'clock during practice. As far as tone goes, theres a lot of room for sculpting it on this amp. The semi-parametric mid EQ is a nice touch and is very helpful for pushing the overall sound across at different frequencies when the highs and the lows are not enough. The presets are alright, I never use the punch really but I almost always play with scoop on, it really gives you a fat sound. The overdrive is good but not great, its more of a grating sound layed overtop of the bass as opposed to an actualy overdrive of the signal, so I would say if thats a big reason your interested to reconsider that and get an overdrive pedal to run in series with this. Also, you may be surprised by this amps mobility. It only weighs around 70 pounds, but it has castors that you can screw into the bottom, and some surprisingly sturdy handles on the sides. Moving this amp in and out of my basement and to the car is much easier than I ever would have imagined when I bought it!

All in all, I'm happy with my purchase of this amp. Its got plenty of power for rock/classic rock, and I'm sure you won't have a problem getting good country, reggae, or metal sounds out of this amp too. The main reasons I give this amp 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the reasons I've already stated, there are a few features that I don't really like about it, but generally it is a very powerful and useful unit to have around be it practicing in a group, alone, or for small shows.

The Rumble 350 is loud. How Fender manages to get such a big sound out of a relatively small box, I don't know. What I like is the portability of the 350. I can handle it myself, even on stairs (although it's way easier with two guys), and it plays superbly. I have no trouble in clubs, with power to spare. Best buy for the money. Very pleased with my purchase.

The Rumble 350 is a very capable amp. Big all round sound out of a small ported box. Very portable and easy to handle with one person (70 lbs.). Great Highs, Mids, and Lows. I used it in 2500sqft building, no problem. 100% best buy for the money. Would recommend!!!!

I'll keep it short. This is an excellent amp for the price. Solid construction and solid tone. It really punches out those low notes without sacrificing clarity. Satisfactory tone shaping. The distortion is decent (not great, but good) and the punch/scoop presents are nothing to be impressed about, but hey, that's not why I got it. It's a fairly portable, decently powerful, solidly built, great sounding amp. And if you want to mess around with effects the effects loop is pretty handy. Thoroughly satisfied.

Before buying this amp, I tested a lot of different combos. My old Peavey TKO 115 had been good, especially with the fat low tones, but I was looking for something better to replace it. I tried Ampegs, Markbass amps, and the new Peaveys. While all of them had their good points, The Ampeg was a little murky, the Peavey had tons of slam but slightly iffy sounding pitch definition, and the Markbasses I tried were really pricey. I took a chance and trusted the reviews of this Fender.

I'm well pleased. I think that the Rumble 350 compares favorably with the Markbass 2x10 combo, while being smaller and lighter. Perhaps the Markbass has more punch when on a big stage, but for the difference in price, you can easily get a 4x10 cab to work with when the situation warrants it.

I was initially skeptical that I'd want to use the horn on this amp, but after working with it, I have to say that it works great, and I have been leaving it on. Unless you're looking to blend into the mix and minimize fret/pick/pluck sounds, it lends the amp good, natural sounding highs.

This amp can play seriously loud for its size. Louder than is safe or rational inside a house. I was able to discover all the harmonic vibration frequencies of nearby household items with a single trip up and down the fretboard.

For those who are concerned that a 2x10 combo will not allow you to have that low end slam you've traditionally gotten from a larger cone, like a 15, I think that you may want to check out the newer drivers. These "Special Design" drivers have a lot more peak-to-peak excursion than the old cones, and are thus able to move the air necessary to hit those low notes.

For me, the overdrive aspect has not been particularly useful. I've played with it, but I would suspect that if you wanted more "dirt" in your sound, you'd probably be better served with a pedal effect. For clean tone, however, this amp has it in spades. It also runs very, very cool. After an extended session, the back of the amp section was cool to the touch. It does have a fan, so if you're doing critical, close miked recording, that could be a concern. I doubt that it would be audible in a live environment, though.

Really good amp. I think it will run with anything remotely similar in price. Well done, Fender.
