Got the product a few days back, set it up in 1 hour, works fine.

For Mac's theres is no software on the CD and absolutely no instructions. So you receive no software you paid for and you're left to fiddle all alone until you find the right settings. Thanks to Garage Band being easy to use i found the right settings straight away, i am sure a lot of people wont.

They should charge less for a MAC version without the software and add some instructions.

It is a nice product once you set it up, it does what it's name say's.
