I have the WTX260, previous version. It sounded amazing! ....THEN it started to crackle and pop, took it back to the dealer who verified the problem, as did his tech. The tech couldn't fix it, so it went back to Eden. It was returned weeks later NO FAULT FOUND. It did work for a while, but the problem soon returned. I left it on the shelf....feature: It didn't take up much space!.....Pulled it back out....like I thought the problem would go away? No, it's still there, and a phone call to Eden was a waste. No support. Good luck.I'll stick to my pawn shop Fender for practice and a D.I. for live work.
What is worse than something that does not work at all? Something that works until you really need it.

I just received this amp today, so I have not had much time to play with it, but what I can say is that, from the first note, this little guy blew me away. The tone is incredibly warm and I did not have to adjust the EQ at all. It just came out of the amp exactly how I wanted my bass tone to sound.I was running it at 4 ohms and gets pretty darn loud. It's Definitely good enough for practices with plenty of head room as well as some shows. Considering its DI it should be enough for just about any stage as well, though I haven't had a chance to test it out. It gets a little distorted when you really push the master volume, but that could just be based on the acoustics of the room I was playing in.
As far as quality, I have only had it for one day, but it feels super solid. In fact this amp feels sturdier than just about anything else I've laid a hand on. And considering Edens reputation for quality, I'm not worried about it. I'll will definitely be sticking with Eden when I eventually upgrade (if I upgrade I should say. Unless I need more power at some point, the Eden WTX-264 will keep me happy for ages)
