Using this mixer for about a month. USB interface with MacBook Pro notebook. This an excellant product. 5 channels is more than enough to have a great DJ rig. Works well with my equipment (Denon HC4500, Denon 502 CD rack, wireless Mic). Excellant value.Numark C3USB Five-Channel Mobile DJ Rack Mixer with USB I/OBuy Numark C3USB Five-Channel Mobile DJ Rack Mixer with USB I/O Now
I purchased this unit from Amazon.com and have used it to DJ a wedding last night for 6 hours. The C3USB worked flawless and allowed me several different connections to easily cover what I need for most times I DJ. The sound quality was good and the controls seemed to be sturdy. I mounted the C3USB into a SKB road case and the layout and fit in this case are great. Also, the I/O soundcard was a nice feature that allowed me to not use my external M-Audio interface for the PC sound and I look forward to using it more.Read Best Reviews of Numark C3USB Five-Channel Mobile DJ Rack Mixer with USB I/O Here
I cannot complain about this Mixer, I received as a Christmas gift Christmas 2009 and it has preformed flawlessly. My current set up is Windows XP with VDJ Pro 7. I have yet to figure out or try to figure out how to run 2 decks thru the 2 channel built in I/O sound card. This is not a problem, however, I use one USB to cue iTunes and create playlist on the fly and use my DJ/I/O to run VDJ for Channels 1 and 2. It has traditional 2 channel fader controls assignable to any channel or you can turn the fader off and use the regular faders (this is what I do). The best part of this mixer is the EQ (no kill, but knob cuts out to zero) and the balanced outputs (XLR), plus it has separate zone and record outputs. It is a very high quality bit of kit, especially for the money. Again, this unit is switchable dual voltage (110-240), lightweight, yet tough. As a side note, I outgrew my current set up, music and technology move so fast, and I am really interested in controlerism. This mixer is excellent for the mobile DJ, Practicing at home, or old fashion mixing. It is a bit to cumbersome to use with a controller and laptop in a club, and it does not have any effects or assignable midi controls. I still give it a 5 stars, though, it is a great USB mixer at a great price.
Update: Its September 2013 and I still use this mixer regularly. I occasionally DJ at a local restaurant where I have to hook into the house system and when I have to have a mic input for an MC. The C3 has balanced and unbalanced outputs so I can plug into the house system and still run my own PA and monitors flawlessly. The Mic input has full control and a kill so it makes having an MC a breeze. I still love my C3 after 4+ years of ownership.

Any DJ looking for the features to Mix and have seamless functionality...this is your mixer. I use Virtual DJ and the USB connections are fantastic for that program. The Sound clarity is awesome. The crossfader function is great. I don't have anything bad to say about this mixer. You should get it.This Mixer is amazing! I have more channels that I know what to do with.
