I use this for voice-overs on videos I make on my iMac. My wife did a music video spoof for work with these. In short, they capture sound very professionally and is made to last. The microphone can be affixed to a mic stand too. Just plug and go. I like that it can be folded up and put away. Very nice product. Seems underpriced to me.

I bought this interface so I could plug in directly to the computer. I have a MacBook Pro and it does work. I use Guitar Rig and Ampitube X-Gear. At first I was unable to get a sound. Tried to look for support in the PDF Manual just to find there is no comments or anything for Mac whatsoever. I was getting a little frustrated. After some google research, I found the answer, after running either of the programs I just mentioned go to midi prferences and select for input and output the usb interface and thats it! It worked! So after this tweek it does the job.

This unit works well, allowing the player to input any straight guitar sound or already modified, which is nice. It comes with a mini disc to install the driver software. My imac with garageband does not accept mini discs, luckily the imac recognized it and it works. Therefore I cannot load the cool software features it comes with. There are no written instructions or tips, no website for an online manual, the maker assumed everyone can load a mini disc. It would be good for the makers to have a website listed on the box where the users can see a manual, tips, etc. It comes in one of those big clear plastic cards that will last forever in the landfill. It could come in a small paper box. So overall good product for a good price, but message to the manufacturers in ChinaHey guys, it's not 1962 anymoreget rid of the clear plastic, and add some written instructions.

The included mini-disk doesn't seem to have all of its installation files loaded correctly and some components I installed say they're missing other things. After an hour or so of trying to get it to work with my guitar it still does not.

I have a sound card, so I'm probably going to go with a mini-amp to soundcard line-in. That costs more, so ideally if I can get this working it would be a good alternative on a budget -I just don't think this solution will be without its own drawbacks as I'm finding out.

The reason I bought this was for recording guitar into my iPad2.

The Apogee Jam interface looked really nice, but $100 is a lot of money.

Especially considering that I had already wasted $40 for the IK iRig adapter, and found it totally useless.

The noise, hiss and feedback of the iRig was driving me crazy.

I already had the $29 camera connection kit, so I thought I'd take a gamble on this to see if it would work through the USB port.

I'm glad to say it does work, it works very well, and sounds light years better than the iRig (and probably most of the headphone plug adapters out there).

This adapter is extremely quiet through the camera connection usb adapter, and has a nice strong clear signal into the iPad.

I only give 4 stars because I can not vouch for the reliability, since it doesn't seem to be the most durable piece of gear I've ever seen. :-)

But then again, I could have bought 4 of these (it was on sale for $8 when I bought) and still be be ahead of what I wasted on the iRig.

I quickly plugged it into my Mac, and it does seem to be recognized as a USB 1.1 44.1kHz/16 bit interface and although I haven't really tested it out there yet, I fully expect it to work there too.

Hopefully this helps.

Oops I almost forgot, a quick edit: This will NOT work with any of the IK Amplitube software for iOS, although it works with everything else I've tried on the iPad.

IK requires that you use the crummy iRig with their software. Too bad, since their software is so much better that the hardware.

I could be wrong but this is possibly the cheapest guitar USB product with analogue to digital capabilities out there, only beaten by the simple 1/4 jack to USB cable. I have two of these units that I have been using for years so I know pretty much most of what you can expect.

First, you get the interface with headphone and guitar in sockets and attached USB cable and a mini disc with Guitar Rig 2 and drivers; both of mine have a blank space where the serial number should be (not good). There is a hi/lo level use low for when your input signal is a bit powerful (when using as a VST in a music writing program to avoid "clipping").

Installation. I have both WinXP home 32bit and Windows7 64bit and it works on both computers. You need to install the drivers first and then the ASIO driver. Unlike other reviewers, I did find all the required software was there. Finally you install Guitar Rig 2 and this is where the problems start. It is no straight-forward matter to get the ASIO drivers and the MIDI ports to all work together and even though I have installed this equipment a few times I still get frustrated getting it up and running what with drivers not taking straight away and the MIDI not seeing the i/p and o/p routing. It is a pain but a bit of messing and it DOES work. Patience and experimenting is the key there is a help file but it is a bit limited. If it works but sounds like a bag of poo then you still have to alter the ASIO samplerate and System Performance settings to FAST.

If you haven't smashed it yet and it works then you are rewarded with a very reasonable audio interface. I have recently begun to feel that some of the guitar signal is lost on the way to the computer so presets without reverb or a lot of presence sound a bit flat. Guitar Rig 2 is a bit dated these days but there are still some good sounds in there. Guitar Rig can be used as a stand-alone effects unit for guitar practice or much more importantly, as a VST (virtual instrument) for use in your fave music writing program like Cukos' Reaper DAW. If you play guitar but have not yet used a program like Guitar Rig as a VST you have missed a world of creativity.

I have written too much so I will sum up.

This unit, for what it is, is a bargain but requires some patience setting up. It will produce some great sounds but not to hi-end studio levels. The Guitar Rig 2 software is excellent and is the full package. You won't find better value than this and for getting your shred fix or trying out new ideas it is just the job, but you will find you want to spend more for a more professional sound if you are a serious musician.

I'm one of those people who could never find earbuds that stay put. I mean never. Ever. The slightest movement of my head and the buds would fall out. But these really do stay in place. It's not just because of the clip that goes over your ear--it's that there are three sizes of 'buds' included so you can choose your best fit. The smallest set worked for me.

I love Koss products, both for the sound and the lifetime warranty, and have had them for years. I have two other Koss headphones, PortaPros and a pair of KSC-75, and the sound on the FitClips is not as rich as the other two. No surprise as they are so much smaller. But the sound is very good. And trading off a bit of sound quality for a good fit is worth it to me.

I bought the FitClips so I could use them with my iPhone 5 for workouts. On my first try, they didn't work. I had no sound at all through the headphones. It took me a while to figure out that my LIfeProof case was the reason. It doesn't let the plug insert fully into the phone. But the case does come with an adapter for headphones. I'd totally forgotten about that and once I connected the adapter, I had sound.

I'm very happy with this pair of headphones. And love the color, though it's more yellow than lime. Think highlighter yellow. I wish I'd known the case would be an issue, but happily it was a fixable issue. Hope that sharing my experience about the case will save others some frustration.

Once you start running, you won't have to reach up and jab a finger into your ear to keep your ear bud in. You won't know what to do with your hands now when you run. Be careful because they do cancel out sound and so if you're running outside, be aware. These are pretty fabulous worry free, so you can focus on other things and not on your motivational sounds slipping out of your ear.

I've always had a really hard time using headphones. They never stay in ears and I can't enjoy whatever I'm listening to because I'm constantly fiddling with the headphones. This is the first time I haven't had that problem! They fit perfectly in my ears. The sound quality is fantastic. They're great for working out/being active or just general use. The cable is very sturdy and I love the mint color!

When it first arrived it was so big I had to take it out of the box to transport it to my son's apt. Once there we discovered that they had sent a wrong part. Customer Service at Musician's friend was very sympathetic and helpful, but the bottom line was we had to sent it back to them. At their cost of course, but I still had to load and repackage it. The replacement arrived broken! This item ships in one box and weights 129 pounds! It's 100 percent engineered wood and NOT a good buy. I haven't had my account credited for the 2nd return at this point. BUT, I am sure I will. Musician's Friend, which is the vendor was great. BUT, the product is not worth the 367.00 I paid for it. Our box weighed nearly 170 lbs but rather than trying to lug it up a flight of stairs, we opted to open the box downstairs in the hallway and bring it up bit by bit. The product itself in theory is TERRIFIC however the directions were barely instructional and the metal bars weren't shaped properly so they didn't fit into their holes. It was as if the metal was poured poorly when they were made so there was a sloppy extra bit at the ends which made it impossible to slide them into place. So....we had to sand them down by hand and while yes, they eventually fit, my boyfriend's hands were bloodied in the process! The final product is very sturdy, functional, and good looking but since this was a birthday gift, I was bummed that he had to struggle so much to get the thing set up properly. Other thing I would like to mention is that I am 5 ft 3 and also a DJ. Being on the short side, I found this table to be a little too tall for me however I don't suspect for most average height people or tall, for this to be an issue at all.

The box was a little damaged when we received this, but that is to be expected sometimes with shipments this heavy. Overall, we are very pleased with the product. It is a very sturdy table for DJs. We would recommend it to any of our friends. My husband is also an artist, so this design also complements our home.

I purchased this unit from Amazon.com and have used it to DJ a wedding last night for 6 hours. The C3USB worked flawless and allowed me several different connections to easily cover what I need for most times I DJ. The sound quality was good and the controls seemed to be sturdy. I mounted the C3USB into a SKB road case and the layout and fit in this case are great. Also, the I/O soundcard was a nice feature that allowed me to not use my external M-Audio interface for the PC sound and I look forward to using it more.

I cannot complain about this Mixer, I received as a Christmas gift Christmas 2009 and it has preformed flawlessly. My current set up is Windows XP with VDJ Pro 7. I have yet to figure out or try to figure out how to run 2 decks thru the 2 channel built in I/O sound card. This is not a problem, however, I use one USB to cue iTunes and create playlist on the fly and use my DJ/I/O to run VDJ for Channels 1 and 2. It has traditional 2 channel fader controls assignable to any channel or you can turn the fader off and use the regular faders (this is what I do). The best part of this mixer is the EQ (no kill, but knob cuts out to zero) and the balanced outputs (XLR), plus it has separate zone and record outputs. It is a very high quality bit of kit, especially for the money. Again, this unit is switchable dual voltage (110-240), lightweight, yet tough.

As a side note, I outgrew my current set up, music and technology move so fast, and I am really interested in controlerism. This mixer is excellent for the mobile DJ, Practicing at home, or old fashion mixing. It is a bit to cumbersome to use with a controller and laptop in a club, and it does not have any effects or assignable midi controls. I still give it a 5 stars, though, it is a great USB mixer at a great price.

Update: Its September 2013 and I still use this mixer regularly. I occasionally DJ at a local restaurant where I have to hook into the house system and when I have to have a mic input for an MC. The C3 has balanced and unbalanced outputs so I can plug into the house system and still run my own PA and monitors flawlessly. The Mic input has full control and a kill so it makes having an MC a breeze. I still love my C3 after 4+ years of ownership.

The crossfader function is great. I don't have anything bad to say about this mixer. You should get it.

Keep in mind that this is designed to be a keyboard amp. It produces a sound that is much "cleaner" than a guitar amp, but not quite as "clean" as the tone of a good P.A. amp. That said, it works great for my digital piano, and would also be a great amp for amplifying most acoustic instruments. For the money, it's a pretty big, powerful, loud amp. It's also a Peavey, not some generic off-brand amp. My Roland cube 30 amps are slightly cheaper, less than half the size, and produce a slightly "cleaner" tone, but they are not as loud as this amp, cannot reproduce the deep bass that this one can, and do not have quite as many features.

I've been usuing this mixer for about a month now and I'm very happy with it. I recomend this product for beginners or for someone that isn't looking to spend a lot of money for all the extra bells and whistles that other mixers come with. If there is anything noticable that seems a drawback, it's that the line inputs seem to play lower then the phono inputs. Nothing that can't be corrected through the gain and EQ. I've had a lot of luck with Numark equipment, so I did not hesitate at ordering a new and unreview product. So far, I'm very satisfied and will continue to buy Numark.

This is a pretty solid product and for the most part REALLY impressed by it. The only thing I dont like is the fader is a little to firm for me when it comes to scratching. This shouldnt be called a "Scratch" mixer if you arent able to control how firm the fader feels. Oh well it still is a pretty solid product overall.

I AM A FORMER DJ COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT AND THIS MIXER IS GREAT. I WAS A LITTLE RUSTY GETTING STARTED BUT ONCE I GOT THE HANG OF WHAT I WAS DOING, EVERYTHING WENT LIKE CLOCK WORK. I AM VERY SATISFIED. A FRIEND OF MINE, WHO'S A DJ, RECOMMENDED THAT I USE AMAZON TO GET WHAT I NEEDED AND I DID JUST THAT. THANKS AMAZON!!

The funny thing about the reviews of this product is that no one mentions how this mixer affects the sound of your records or whatever sound medium you are using: my records sound light years better with this mixer. Maybe my older two-channel mixer was just so psychotically janky that I shouldn't have noticed a difference, but I do. And this has been such a plus for this mixer. It's pretty much like I'm listening to my records for the first time.

Other than that, I just dig how simple and solid this mixer is. I feel like a good DJ should be able to throw off a killer set without needing a bunch of bells and whistles, and this mixer is that kind of simple, stripped down piece of equipment you can use for that. And the added feature of being able to toggle between checking the levels on the cue vs. checking the levels on the master is so helpful, as you won't end up with an embarrassing change in levels as you blend from one track to the next with records you are less familiar with.

Completely satisfied.

This mixer is perfect, except headphone jack location. It is in the front instead of on the top of the mixer. So, I have to push mixer back in my coffin to make room for the headphone plug.

:(

Other than that, and it's lack of fader start sockets, it is great!

I use the middle(2nd) channel for my laptop and Ch1 and Ch3 for my Stanton CD turntables. Great price. Get this mixer! My fellow dj also bought it.

I do not recomend buying from V.I.P. Group Corporation. I recieved my amp, the box was in PERFECT condition. The inner box was perfect. Open it up, a mess!!! The amp top was ripped off in an attempt to do a shotty quik repair to the speaker. They couldn't take the 4 screws out, too much work, they just ripped the top off to try to fix something. When they couldn't fix it, they packaged it broken. The top was ripped off in the box along with the speaker out. They couldn't even take the time to screw in the screws that hold the speaker in. They done what looks to be a hammer job on the screws. I mean by that, they hit the SCREWS in with a hammer to save time. (((???))) I am confused on how this company is still around. Maybe this will get someones attention and I will get a amp that works now!!!Oh and before you go and think I don't know what I am talking about, I work for the quality assurance department for a major shipping company. I know the shipper didn't do this, I study this kind of thing daily.

Purchased this amplifier for my husband for Christmas. He has bought 3-4 different cables for this product and it still has not worked. When he took it out the box and plugged in the cable it didn't work. He checked to make sure the adapters were the right size and they were and it still won't work. He bought other cables and try them and this amplifier still wouldn't work. I lost my money on this gift for my husband and I was very disappointed because I felt like I was buying him the best gift ever. Boy was I wrong. I just gave away $89 on a piece of junk that has never worked at all. Don't purchase this product it is a waste of your money. I got got.

I purchased this unit used because I am beginning to do some small scale video production using a consumer grade Sony HD camcorder, and I needed better field sound capabilities. I also looked at the Sign Video ENG44 and the JuicedLink CX-231. They are both nice units, but even as affordable as they are, were too much for my current budget. The ROLLS works as advertised. It connects to my camera with a 1/8" mini jack to 1/8" mini jack cable. It provides vastly improved sound over the camcorder's built in mic, and is also significantly better than my cheap camera mounted shotgun mic. My particular camera has two settings for microphone sensitivity, Normal and Low. Usually, using a mic mixer will defeat the AGC (Automatic Gain Control)circuit of the camcorder. On my particular camera it does not have this effect, but I found I got better sound using the LOW setting with the mic mixer.

PROS: Small form factor. (about the size of a paperback book) I put a strap on mine so I can carry it over my shoulder. I can also strap it to a leg of my tripod with small bungee cords. Works well. Runs off of 2 9V batteries. Very affordable.

CONS: Not sure if it is my camera or the mixer, but audio is slightly noisy. (as in sound floor hiss) Not enough to ruin the sound, but not completely clean either. Mic gain knobs are very sensitive. A slight bump of the knob can change the levels significantly. It uses recessed pins with jumpers to select Phantom Power ON/OFF for each mic input. You need to use needle nose pliers to change the jumpers. Not very practical in the field. These should have been switches. If you loose one of the tiny jumpers, it would not be easy to find a replacement. I opted to leave mic 1 input with Phantom power OFF and mic 2 input with Phantom power ON.

BOTTOM LINE: A great little mic mixer for the money with a few quirks you can learn to live with.
