I received the Griffin GC17103 Auxiliary Audio Flat Cable (3 ft. Black) in PERFECT condition 2 DAYS EARLIER than the estimated delivery date for the FREE super saver shipping. I have had the cable for about 3 weeks at the time of writing this review.

Pros:

-The slim "tape-worm" design of the cable makes it more flexible

and allows for better movement in the car for both driver and/or passenger.

-The steel ends of the plugs are very durable in not only their looks, but their feel as well.

-The sound is very crisp and clean as opposed to transmitters that are wireless and require the use of radio waves.

Cons:

-The only negative aspect for the consumer would be the short length of the cable, but that is dependent upon the individual.

At this time I am not sure if they come in longer lengths. During my search only 3 ft. cables were shown available for sale.

Conclusion:

Although I have only owned and used the cable for about 3 weeks, I am very impressed and satisfied with its quality of performance.

I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable mp3 transmitter.

I previously ordered the Monster iCable 800 MP3 Player to Auxiliary Input Cord which lasted me for about 6 months.

I am anticipating the Griffin to surpass that life span.

I will update my review as necessary with any future concerns.

Use as main aux cord in my car, the cable feels great. The quality is good, it doesn't tangle, and music plays w/o a problem.

After trying at least 10 different aux cords in my car, I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone.

Good quality aux cable. Not much to say. The flat cable design allows for tangle free storage the reason I bought the cable. The connector easily fits into an Iphone with a case.

Recommended.

I originally bought a Monster cable but it started malfunctioning after 6 months. This cord cost me less than 1/2 of what the Monster cable did and works just as well.
