the matte finish is just an application and it's began peeling a month into ownership

the plastic components are "quality" plastic, but still it's plastic all the way through so be careful with them

great look and feel to the headphones. sound quality was above average. just a step below some of the other high dollar headphones in terms of sound quality, but well worth the price. only downside is after wearing them for long periods of time they became a little uncomfortable, but i'm talking hours.
