This is an awesome piece of equipment. Every musician should have one. I haven't used the software that came with it but still it works flawlessly with Garage Band. I laid down some tracks effortlessly. There is so much range, depth and tone you can achieve with the Presonus Audio box coupled with the Garage Band add-ons it will make even the novice sound amazing. GO OUT AND BUY ONE!!!

My first Audio interface.

Pro: I can use it as my default soundboard for playbacks and also control the volume manually, which is very nice.

Con: buzzing noise, but this could be caused by my computer since it is usb powered =] Oh well it's not that bad unless you have it up really REALLY LOUD.

i had no problems. Easy to hook up and the pre-amps are pretty darn good. The one issue I had I was able to resolve with customer service fairly quickly.

Only complaint is the item photo shows two cables but the description states you only get one. I was thinking I'd get two, so the photo is misleading.
