Most of the reviews for these seem to be from DJ usage plugged into a standing audio system. My reason for buying these were for portable headphones (I guess with something this big, "Portable" becomes a bit questionable!).

I've always been a big fan of these DJ-Style "full-sized" headphones, finding earbuds pretty unusable for any period of time and the small foam-padded ones to be lacking in sound if listening to music. Over the past 6 or 7 years I've collected a number of pairs when it came time to buy a new set, these were the nicest looking ones in my budget that fit the "full sized but portable" need I had.

Right off the bat, I like the design it's a nice pure white color throughout. A number of other designs in these style of headphones seem to either look "cheap" (with silver and black plastic), odd (red, black and giant silver logos) or make you look like you're using listening for aliens (with the insane size of some of them). These ones stood out as "cool" looking, and the fact they come in a number of styles is great (I like the Reloop RHP-10 Ceramic Mint Professional DJ Headphones and Reloop RHP-10 Purple Milk DJ Headphones White / Purple designs also!

I will say that it's best to try these out first if possible the designs seem great online but look a little "different" than you expected when you actually put them on and look at yourself in a mirror (I don't mind, but I can see it as a 'deal breaker' for some, unless you know what colors "work" for you (in the past I've always gone for a safe Black pair of headphones)). In fact, I like the white headphones but think it's the matching white cord that makes it look a bit odd when walking around with an MP3 player (a black cord with the white headphones seems like it might be the way for me to go; fortunately the cable/cord is removable).

As mentioned right above, the cord is removable included in the box are the headphones with 2 sets of earpads (ones with a WIDE opening to cover your entire ear and one with a SMALL opening so that the padding sits on your ears). Most appear to choose the small pads (the default ones), but I found the wide ones to feel much more comfortable, especially for long periods of time. Great to have the options both included! Replacing them is easy as the headphones have a groove to slide them onto.

Unfortunately, Reloop appears to have changed the contents the pack no longer includes a Straight headphone cord, only the Coiled cord (previously, and according to amazon, it includes both cords to give you the option for the one you want to use), lastly it includes a carrying bag (I find I need to remove the headphone cord in order to store it in the bag, but not a big deal). When looking at it online, it sounds like the bag included is only to hold the accessories (cords, additional earpieces), but it does in fact hold the headphones.

Lastly, you get a headphone adapter (goes from 3.5mm to 6.2mm) all connections are gold placed and the adapters screws into place (instead of simply pushing into it and locking)

The headphones collapse into itself, making it much more compact -this is a big deal when using them for portable headphones (my Sennheiser HD595 Dynamic High Grade Performance Premiere Headphones are amazing but don't collapse into it, so they're neat impossible to take with you unless you want to carry them at their full size.

The Reloop earpieces also rotate (so you can have them pointed towards your ears, away from your ears, or rotate them so they point in front of you (I thought this was really nice as an option for when you want to hear something lightly but might not be able to have the headphones on your ears completely).

Sound quality is good -a lot of people are mentioning the great bass sound from it, but I must have have a higher requirement for bass than most (the bass was fine, but not as much as I wanted I'm looking into a headphone amp with bass boost). This is for MP3 players at least it might sound better on a DJ system where you have more control.

Audio quality is good much better than the small/light headphones but definitely not in the same range as my Sennheisers (I'm not holding it at a fault for that the sennheisers are about 2x the price, I'm just using it to explain the sound quality could be noticeably better if you need high-quality headphones).

For a MP3 player, the coiled cord is nice in that you're not dealing with an excessive amount of cord (the Sennheisers, for example, use a permanently attached cord 10-feet in length). Not the ideal situation for walking around with, especially when it's thick. The Reloop cord coils to a much smaller size so it doesn't look so odd when using it with an mp3 player (as mentioned above though, the white coiled cord looks a bit odd when used with an MP3 player but that's a personal preference).

Unfortunately, the coiled cord does create problems when you use this on a smaller device (iPod, iPad, PSP) sitting on a desk (movies, for example) as the cord can pull the device off a table since it's coiled. For this reason, I really did want a straight cord. For a DJ setup, this shouldn't be a problem.

There are no audio controls on the cord (which would've been nice to have for volume control if you need to quickly lower it).

The Reloop headphones are very comfortable for long periods of time (try out both pads to see which works best for you). Even with glasses, they weren't a problem at all.

I really like the replaceable cord option, the colors look nice.. I just wish it had a bit more bass and still included both cord options. For the price, I won't say they're the best but they're definitely worth the money. Look into the other color options to see if another fits your style better the other color options can often be had for less money (and there's even a black option if you want a more plain looking pair)

I just tried my new re-loop RHP-10 headphones and I need them because I'm hearing impaired and it's plugged into my TV so I don't wake up the neighborhood. They sound fantastic better than my old JVC hopefully they will last as long. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves deep sound these are it. And they look so COOL.

I really like the sound these headphones given the main use is with a Ipod. But after just 3 weeks I took them off and the left one broke off. If it only needed to snap back on it would have been a easy fix. However a black wire was broken where one side of ear piece connected to the other. Toast. Amazon sent me the email postage (free) and since the headphones sounded good to me Amazon sent a new pair within a week. Buyer beware of the springiness of the headphones it caused my first pair to break.

all plastic, but feels solid. adjusts easily and holds position well. decent range, and good volume even off my iphone. the seal of the cups keeps sound in ok, keeps sound out very well. comfortable for more than an hour, but expect some heat buildup and possible sweating. better than any earbuds i've used and cheaper than any cans with similar specs. they look better too
