It is a great idea to have a retractable aux cord for my smartphone to car stereo, but the sound quality is lacking. There is crackling when the cord is moved. For the price...it is okay, but I would suggest buying a higher quality aux cord.

I bought 6 of these. I gave 3 away to my grandchildren and have one in my car, one in my summer trailer and a spare. The jacks work with any MP3 player. Great tool, great value.This thing junk! ive bought 3 and they all break after 3 weeks! junk dont buy these! Was a fan at first. Till it stopped working on the right speakers of my car. $2 for a few months is not ideal but I guess I'm stuck.
