Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These are inexpensive headphones for your kid/teenager to use with their iPod or computer or tablet. It is very cute (I have the blue color). The 14-year old loved the headphones and thinks they are the coolest ever. He also said that they were kind of lose but they seem to hold on to his head.

I like that the lights can be turned off (as they annoyed me after a while).

I can only recommend this headphones if you do not want to spend a lot of money.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I was excited for my 9 year-old daughter to try these out and so was she! She tore open the package, got her iPod, put them on and said, "They don't want to stay on." She tried over and over, adjusting the band but they don't have enough tension to stay put on her head. I tried them on my big head and the same thing happened.

Next, they only played out of one headphone. I tried different songs, I tested my iPod to make sure they worked with another set of headphones, all was good except for the First Act JamTech headphones.

Lastly, while I thought it was a cool idea to have the flashing lights, once she put them on her head, she couldn't see them. Duh. Why did I think that would be fun for her? Unless she is looking in a mirror or in a group of kids, in which case she shouldn't be listening to music on her own but as a group, there is absolutely no benefit to the flashing lights.

There were no redeeming qualities to this product. And I have enjoyed First Act products in the past. This one is a dud. Even if it does have volume limits and an auto off feature.

Save your money and get a portable speaker or something.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program JamTech Lightbeats headphones are a great inexpensive quality choice for children and teenagers. They come in a variety of colors (I have red) and they light up to the beat of the music or whatever you are listening to. The good thing is you can turn the lights on or off. These can be used in smartphones, laptops, tablets and MP3 players/Ipods. They have good sound and are comfortable to wear. 4/5 stars!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These are very bad headphones.

They won't stay on your head unless you perfectly balance them and dare not to move your head a bit. I guess that's really as far as you need to go in the review. My seven-year old was pretty disappointed.

Sure, sound comes out, probably fine enough for kids listening to music. And, the lights on the sides do flicker on and off while music is playing. Might have been fun for a rave or paint party, maybe even a Daft Punk-inspired halloween costume.

But, these headphones are absolutely poorly designed, poorly manufactured, ill-fitting and won't stay on, even when you are sitting still. I hate to write such a negative review,

Someone at First Act clearly dropped the ball whenever it came to approving the production samples for going to market. I wouldn't be surprised if it were to be his or her "last act".

(If you could find a way to get them to stay on, maybe velcro them to a headband, it would be a good way to increase visibility while running at night.)

((Note: These are intended for younger children, and as such whom should not be encouraged to attend raves, paint parties, or to be out running at night.))
