I wanted to set 2 sources (computer and mp3 player) to play on my speaker system without swapping the audio cable from one source to another all the time. This splitter was able to attach the 2 sets of audio cables to the speaker. The audio quality was good. I don't really hear any difference compared to the previous setup.Not sure how to rate a functional piece of equipment like this. It works exactly like it is supposed to.
