The overall sound quality is ok, it sounds like its coming from far away though. The plastic is cheap quality and breaks easily. The packaging was very poor as well with a flimsy box and no padding. My set broke during transport and decided that I would return them, but decided to keep them due to eforcity's return policy (eforcity will not refund you the shipping cost and requires you pay for return shipping). This is a decent headset for the price. Its mostly plastic with the exception of the upper part that has foam. Works fine so far (2 months) with no problems.
