Then buy this set. I got these through a few recommendations, and I absolutely love them. Fits the 440s perfectly, and are way more comfortable than the stock 440 pads.

These ear pads made my Audio Technica ATHM50 much more comfortable. The height of the ear cavity is about 7cm vs the 6cm of the stock ATHM50 pads, and the velour material is much more comfortable than the ATHM50's pleather. I didn't hear any audible difference between the stock pads and these, although I didn't do a careful comparison. The improved comfort makes listening to music with these more enjoyable. The fabric backings of the two pads are made of similar materials and have similar permeability, so any actual sonic differences are likely to be minimal.

Note: if you flex your ear muscles or move your head around sharply, these will sometimes 'creak'. I didn't find it annoying, but if that sort of thing annoys you, you should probably avoid velour altogether.

I thought the original cushions on my SRH440s were really comfortable, but now I realize that I was mistaken. These replacement cushions make the old ones seem like rocks carved to fit around your ears. Treat yourself to a comfort upgrade!

On a more functional note, they seem to do a much better job at isolation than the stock 440 cushions.

I'm rockin these on my audiotechnica ATH m50's......between the higher quality pleather (softer) and the increased padding (also softer) -they are far more comfortable than the stock pads.

Want Shure HPAEC550 Replacement Ear Cushions for SRH550 Headphones (Pair) Discount?

My stock pads were that of a dried out elephant. Crusty and lacking the padding causing my ears to be in a lot of pain with extended listening.

I picked these up because they would be like ear muffs in the winter and they actually add another layer of noise canceling and an extreme degree of comfort.

I have recommended these to my fellow M50 users and a few have picked these up.

I am still shocked at how great sounding this thing is and how much use I get out of it. I haven't had a single issue with it, other than the fact that its kind of ugly and isn't as cool looking as a Marshall Half stack or Fender Twin.

First thing you will want to do when you buy this amp is do a google search for behringer v amp 3, find the official behringer page for this and dowload and print out the full manual for this thing. The included manual in the box is pretty bad. The full manual goes into MUCH more detail. A slight, but easily remedied annoyance.

Secondly, It's kinda ugly. I don't know why the decided it needed to be in the shape of a guitar, it kinda lends to a kitschy feel that is aided by the red plastic (I guess they were trying to make it kinda look like a Line 6 POD?)

Thirdly, the interface takes a little getting used to, and isn't super convenient if you decide you want a different sound while playing in a club with it. Hard to fault it here though, as with the number of options you have, I don't really know how it could be easy to come up with something new in a dimly lit club. There is an easy solution, just limit yourself to the presets you created at home while onstage.

Now that those relatively minor negatives are out of the way, lets get to the positives.

1) Tone for days! My best friend plays a '63 Fender Strat through a '65 Twin, a vintage Marshall Plexi, a Fender Vibroverb (actually its two numbers away in the serial number from SRV's Vibroverb) and several other super legit amps. We go back and forth writing songs and after I got this he kept remarking on how good my tone was, I told him he was in for a surprise when he actually came over. He was thinking that I bought a Fuchs or something like that with the crazy good combo of clean tones I was getting, mildly overdriven and full on overdriven lead. He was shocked and partially appalled when he saw that those great tones were coming from this humble little hunk of plastic.

2) Preset presets are great, making your own are even better! When I first got this, I kinda played around with the presets for a while and they were usually very good sounding. Then I started playing around with the different amps and found a couple I liked. I was more or less satisfied that I probably got around 4-5 tones I really liked. Then I found the full manual on the behringer website and ventured into the waters of tweaking the cabinet simulations, reverb settings and noise gates. That's when the magic came alive.

How I would recommend using this thing is going through the list of amps you want to try, setting all the tone controls to 5, gain level at the type of overdrive you want and then going into the edit mode and changing the cabinet around until you found one you like. The differences in the cabinets are HUGE. A substantially bigger difference than you'll find in real life, where most cabs sound pretty similar. Once you've gotten the best sound you can get with the particular amp and cab combo, pick the type of reverb you want. For whatever reason the thing tends to default to type 8, which to me is by far the worst of the reverb settings. I tend to favor types 2,3 and 7 for clean sounds 1,6 and 8 for overdriven (though occasionally the crazy type 5 is fun for wild overdriven tones).

Once youve set your reverb and speaker cab, exit edit mode and then start tweaking the tone controls. You will find a TON of great tones.

3) Preset making is easy and limits you in a good way on the stage. I have a Fender Strat and an Epiphone Dot with Gibson '59 Classic humbuckers installed. These two guitars lend themselves to relatively different settings. No problem, what I did was made odd page presets for the strat (or any single coiled guitar) and even page presets for the Dot (or any humbucker guitar). Honestly on stage I don't want to page through a ton of pages, so I just limit myself to the 5 tones on the given page I'm on. It kind of sounds limiting until you think "well hey, I ONLY have 5 amps to chose from at any given point in time." The footswitch (not included) lets you switch into an overdriven model for leads and back for clean rhythm. I usually will just put it direct into the PA, though I do have a 2x12 speaker cabine and a power amp that I will use sometimes as well (though if I have to lug an amp around, I will usually bring my Princeton Reverb).

4) If you can't tell, this thing has replaced my actual real amps most of the time. I bought this thing as a practice amp and to occasionally get some different tones on recordings. Then my amp crapped out on me for a week and I made do with this. And I loved it. It wasn't better sounding, but it wasn't noticeably worse either, and all the different tones I could access. Sure, you look kinda weird, as people scan the stage for your amp. But sound guys love you. Your bandmates may make fun of you, that is until they realize how much better the stage volume is and how you have to carry one less piece of equipment. When the Princeton came back I used it at most of my gigs, but would occasionally get lazy and just grab the V-3. Now I only really bring the Princeton if the place I'm playing can't really support my guitar though the monitors. The other guitarist I sometimes play with lugs around a Fender Super Reverb, which looks cooler, but I laugh during load out.

5) It can even be used for things besides guitar! Home recording one day my XLR to USB converter crapped out on me when I was trying to record some harmonica parts. Well, I thought, we will see what it sounds like if I plug a harmonica green bullet mic directly into the the V-amp's tube preamp setting. It was fantastic sounding! Much better than direct recording and then EQing through My Audio Technica AT2020 USB mic. I now even occasionally record some vocals this way, if I want that warm, occasionally breaks up when you really lean into it, Stax soul vocal sound (not to say I can sing like Otis Redding or anything). (note, to do this you will need an XLR to 1/4" TRS cable, the V-Amp 3 only accepts 1/4" TRS inputs)

In sum, this is a great product, especially if you really learn how to use it. It could be slightly easier to use and cooler looking, but with tones like these for $100, how can you really complain that it looks cheap? It is cheap, it just doesn't sound cheap at all.

Finally, I have a friend is a Line 6 Pod and this thing blows the doors off it. Sure, you won't sound like you're playing a Dumble or Egnater, but you definitely don't sound like you're playing a $100 hunk of ugly red plastic either.

The V-amp3, put simply, is very good (not just for the money).

I've spent nearly a year playing with it, and this processor offers very good value and performance, not just for the money, but overall.

The soundcard itself is small, and USB powered. Windows 7 will automatically install drivers, which work just fine, although the Behringer ones seem to offer a little better functionality.

I have not used the included recording software, and can't comment on it.

The V-amp3 itself is mostly what I use, and nearly on a daily basis. The EQ has a broad enough control to work with bright and dark sounding electric guitars. I have not used this with acoustics.

The compressor is sensitive and, when set low, is a nice touch, with a similar response to a Boss unit. It can be set way too high, however, making for some overly compressed sounds, and a bit of noise.

Distortions: this unit simply shines with good ones. Some sound a bit digital, but most are very good, and compared to a POD or Korg AX1000G (which I've used for years) this thing has a more natural, analog sound.

Reverb: light reverb on this unit is good, but takes on a "small room" sound too quickly, and can affect the tone at higher levels. It's best to leave this on low. The echoes and delays, however, are much better and transparent, leaving a nicely resonant echo sound. Teamed with a little reverb, it makes for a very good slap-back echo. Tap tempo can also make a huge difference here.

The built-in tuner is quite handy, and can mute the sound (unless the program volume knob is turned up).

The unit runs a touch warm toward the power connector, but is vented. I've also noticed after a year the pots are in need of a cleaning (slightly scratchy), but it is used in a somewhat dusty environment.

The power brick has a strange pinout that is similar to other Behringer products, but is nice in that it is not a wall-wart. It's not a noisy power supply, either.

The unit is pretty intuitive, and well laid out. I've typically played this through a Fender Champ 600 and Carvin Vintage 16 amp.

Keep in mind, this is a digital distortion unit primarily, and I think, in some cases, stomp boxes will be better, but this is still very good for digital. It will not compete with something like a G-Major 2 in terms of effects (those units sound extremely good to me, and I own one). But it is definitely a better choice than a POD, or competing floor modeler. For the ~$100 price tag, this thing deserves to be tried. It has a permanent spot on my desktop, and in my effects case.

Hooked this bad boy to my amp and it rocks out with good clean distortion..... BUT the manual stinks , the interface stinks , be sure to read the pdf on amp use because of the way this outputs.... I dont like devices that make buttons have dual roles and this thing is chock full of them.... but once you get the sound you need from it wham! I just wish they made it easier to use. This device also comes with a usb box that allows your computer to record your guitar.

Want Behringer V-AMP3 Next-Generation Virtual Guitar Amplifier with USB Audio Interface And Energyxt2.5 Discount?

Before I bought this unit I read all of the reviews and most were favorable. I own the Line 6 Pod and initially thought this was sort of a Pod ripoff. But I have tried other units that were more expensive that did not yield the results I was looking for. Something told me to give this a try so I took the $110 dollar gamble. I am so glad I did!

This unit features guitar amplifier and cabinet simulation. I wanted something that I could go directly into the PC or mixing console with, that would sound good without having to mic a cabinet. I had tried other units that just didn't yield quality results. This one did, even though it was much cheaper. When I first plugged it in, it gave a fancy light show and I thought, "Wow, that looks pretty cool, I just hope it sounds as good as the light show looked." It did.

I ordered it off of Amazon and had it the very next day. I got it just minutes before I left my house for practice with my bass player. So I brought it with me. I had my cheap beat-around electric guitar with me at the time. I plugged it directly into my Peavey powered mixer and it sounded pretty good. I was immediately impressed, as was my bass player. When I got home, I plugged my Les Paul into it and it was even better! I went through some of the presets and found one close to the sound I was looking for. Then I tweaked it a bit, with headphones on, and it was amazingly close to what I had in mind. Then I plugged it into my PC through my Line 6 UX2. It sounded excellent.

One thing I noticed, though, is that it really does sound very much like a guitar amplifier with a miked speaker cabinet. There is a volume for the patch and a main volume. When your patch volume is too high, it is very much like a miked cabinet with the volume set too high, which would detract from clarity. So I lowered the patch volume and raised the main volume and the clarity improved greatly. It is important to remember that you really have to play around with it to find the sound you are looking for.

At the time of this writing, I haven't really tried the USB adapter that was provided with it. So I can't really speak to the latency issues some have complained about regarding that. But I can speak to the fact that it sounds great when run directly into a mixing console for live applications, thereby making it unnecessary to drag a small guitar amp around to mic for gigs. That's a big plus for me. Really quick setup time. You gotta love that!

It comes with many effects and they are decent quality but I was disappointed by the fact that it didn't include a pitch shifter that would allow for a dropped tuning or for harmony leads. However, I have a zoom pedal I can use for that. I can go out from that into this unit. Of course, It'll probably throw off the sound a bit and may require some more tweaking to set it straight again, but, oh well, nothing in life is easy.

The paperwork you get with it isn't really the greatest. You can download a PDF manual for it off of the Behringer website that is much better. Do that before you try to figure out how to use it and end up getting aggravated by not being able to figure it on your own.

So, to sum it up, I'd have to say it is well worth the money regardless as to whether or not the USB interface is good or not. The unit itself is great.

This sound system is even better than we thought it would be, especially for the price. We used it for announcing at a dog show we hosted and it worked perfectly nice and loud and the shound was very good. There were a few short times where the sound went away kind of like a cell phone but it was only hundreths of a second so you still got what was being said. We will definitely be using this again for future shows. Great product I would definitely recommend this item!

If you shelve it for a while, your battery will die. It's hard to replace it. Once, I replaced it, it blew the whole system. I have only used it about 5 times. This is a terrible value. Do your research, there are much better and cheaper systems out there I only bought this because I was branded. Fender brand...This one is NOT a good value at all.

A lot closer to real drums than I'd expected. The mesh drum heads feel like real drum heads and play much better than rubber pads. the sounds are very good, but may need some tweaking. It would be nice to be able to download user-created sets, but I haven't seen anything online to do that. One odd change is simply that electronic drums are smaller than acoustic ones, so my sloppy style will have to improve -no playing like Keith Moon here!

I had a keyboard as a kid and knew that it would go over well for my boyfriend's 8 y/o artist/musician/gymnast wanna be. While most of the features are too advanced for her, she's catching on!

I did a lot of searching. The price for just the keyboard was somewhat standard for a sale price at at least one store, but I couldn't find such a reasonable bundle anywhere. Any parent who considers this MUST, MUST, MUST purchase the headphones, and the stand is a blessing. It keeps it off the floor and makes for a more realistic piano lesson at home.

Good sound; lots of bells and whistles. Sure it doesn't have 88 keys, but most people don't use the top or bottom keys very often. I think this keyboard is just perfect!

I had to return this product package because the "Deluxe Keyboard Stand" was not compatible with this keyboard. Yamaha's customer service was horrendous. They just said that it was a package deal and that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked them why in the world they would put together a package with parts that were not compatible with each other and none of the representatives I spoke with could give me a reasonable answer, including a supervising manager. I told them that the keyboard itself sounded fine and asked them if I could simply return the stand and replace it with a compatible stand, which they said that they had in stock. But they refused and said that I had to go through Amazon and return the whole package. It was very frustrating and I feel very soured toward Yamaha. Thankfully, I kept the packaging boxes in good order and Amazon's customer service is great so I was able to return the whole package for a full refund.

Performs as advertised. My daughter is learning to play songs from the built-in tutor in the keyboard. I can't say enough about the hours of entertainment she gets out of this. It's a quality keyboard at a great price. I am a satisfied customer.

Want Yamaha YPT-220 61 Key Personal Keyboard with AC Adapter, Deluxe Keyboard Stand and Professional Hea Discount?

I purchased this keyboard with some "found money" which I had not previously anticipated. I chose this product because of the Yamaha brand name. Yamaha is, in my opinion, one of the best producers of musical instruments in the world: whether they're wind instruments, pianos, or electronics, you can't go wrong with Yamaha. The keyboard functions exactly as it should. The sounds are excellent (as far as an electronic keyboard is concerned). I have no complaints about the keyboard. I use this mainly to practice organ works using a midi connector and a program on my computer. There were no problems setting it up, and I have had no problems using it. The keys are not weighted, but I'm not using this primarily for piano practice, so that is fine with me. You can decide whether this is a good or a bad thing for you.

When I bought this product, I was unsure about the connections available. They are the following: Power in (power charger is included), headphones/speaker out, sustain pedal in, Midi in/out.

As far as the stand is concerned, Don't listen to all the hype from the other reviewers about the stand not being compatible. This is inaccurate. The stand works exactly as it is supposed to: the keyboard sits on top of the stand, but is not bolted to it. It is perfectly OK to leave the keyboard sitting on the stand, provided it is not out in the middle of the room. If you bump against it, it is not likely to be knocked off. Just be careful with anything you pay over this amount of money for! It is a very solid stand.

The headphones are probably the weakest part of this package. They do block out a good amount of sound, but they are pretty heavy and fairly cheap. Also, if you plan on using the headphones, you need to order an adapter for a 3.5mm to a 1/4" adapter in order to use headphones provided. You can get this from Amazon or another retailer which sells small electronics. This adapter is not an item you should pay more than $3 for.

As for the package: The package was NOT put together by Yamaha itself. The products actually come from different brands. The keyboard and power adapter are from Yamaha. The stand is by on-stage stands. The headphones are by Nady. You may receive different brands in your package. I don't know.

I would recommend adding a few products to this package. I would definitely get a sustain pedal to go with this keyboard. Buy the cheapest one you can find--it doesn't have to be Yamaha brand to work. I would also buy a USB MIDI connection. Buy one for around $30. The best use of this would be for music notation software and for pipe organ simulators such as Hauptwerk or Miditzer.

Buy Fom Amazon Now

I don't usually write reviews, but for such a big and cumbersome purchase, I had to. The stand is not compatible with the keyboard. End of story. It is a "World Tour" stand and the keybord has no other option except to rest unsteadily atop the stand. There is no way to 'fit' the stand into the grooves on the underside of the keybord or attatch the keyboard to the stand at all. So, we are keeping it and rigging it up our own way somehow, to help prevent an inevitable tip-over or slide-off.

I am not returning it because we bought it for our daughter's birthday, and that day is tomorrow. She is 6 and starting piano lessons. It seems like a hassle to return that whole package, and the keyboard itself seems fine. It's this 'bundle' that doesn't work out. My advice...buy local, buy separate. I am only giving this one star, because as a bundle, it is no good. Why bother selling a package deal with an incompatible stand??????

As soon as I received this little item, I turned around and ordered another. The main use for it is to hold my preamp for my acoustic guitar; all the knobs are within reach. You can attach this to anything round like a mic stand or a music stand and it will hold a tamborine, a clipon tuner, headphones, etc.

Great price, this clamp is well built and was very affordable. I use it to hang my headphones on my mic stand in my home studio. I had looked for awhile and I'm glad I bought this.

Bought this for gigs to hang a tamborine from. Works great for that but I do have to lift it up to get the tambo off the hook. A straight verticle arm (I've seen elsewhere) probably would have been better for quicker access, but it does what it's supposed to do. A girl at the last gig, commondeered my tamborine off of it without problem, (didn't see it for the rest of the night). Oh well. Mounts easily to either inner or outer part of mic stand.

Just what I wanted. Use this to hold heavy headphones attached to my tripod leg. Has a plastic piece on the screw end so as not to scratch the paint of the tripod leg.

The sound from these earbuds are very good, at least for the price. However, the main reason why I choose this one over other cheap ones was the fact that the picture show 3 diffenrent buttons, I was surprise to see only one on it.

I Bought These Earbuds Because I Wanted Something Cheap With The Remote On It, So That I May Control My iPod Nano Without Pressing The Buttons On The Actual Device Itself (Pressing The Physical Buttons On The iPod Or Using The Touch Screen To Switch Songs, Will Dramatically Drain The Battery). I Had Never Used These Before, SO I Was Unsure About How The Sound Quality Would Be, But It Turned Out Fairly Impressive. A Much Better Sound Than What I Was Expecting. The Only Con I Have About This Product Is That On The Packaging, It Shows A Picture Of A Volume Up/Down Button On The Remote. Unfortunatley This Is Not The Case, As You Only Get The Next Song/Prev Song Controls, And The Microphone, Thats It. Im Still Satisfied However, But I Think They Should Remove That Picture From The Packaging Before An Unhappy Customer Decide's To Hit Them With A Hefty Lawsuit. 4/5.

These are a nice hearing aid to enjoy music, hands free telephone talks. They don't cause my ears to be sore.

Surprised at how good the sound quality is on these. I do find you need to make sure the plug is inserted all the way into your phone though if you want to use the mic.

I purchased this model for the low cost and manufacturer. Overall a nice piece with the fine tuning a brand new model needs. This is a powerful and light Violin with a couple pieces added on. I think anyone looking to train up or have a decent instrument for the jam might be interested in this.

It will need to be worked on at a local music shop if you don't have the means to fine tune your new instrument.

I had to file out the peg box to allow the pegs full depth. Small holes had to be drilled back on the peg so the string ends would not hit the peg box.You will want to purchase "Peg Drops" to hold the plastic pegs in the fiberglass peg box. I followed some advice on lowering my bridge height, and sanding the bridge feet to contact the pickup perfectly using a flashlight to check for gaps.

After a few hours the chin rest worked itself off the end. The string post applies upward pressure on the chin rest, and the only way I found to hold it still was to:

1.Drill a slanted hole in line with the right side of the chin rest clamp 2. Take a piece of wire and sheath it. 3. place sheathed part of wire against the Violin body and twist the ends together until it held the chin rest in place, and fold out of the way.

In addition to "Peg drops", you will want to buy a new "Rosin", and a "shoulder rest" keeping in mind the area you have to put a shoulder pad on is not very wide with the design. I received 2 rosin cakes completely dried out and worthless. You may want to upgrade your strings, and you will definitely want to make sure they are wound correctly straight to the notch and no overlap.

You will receive:

4/4 Violin

Strings, 1 set

Bridge

Bow

Rosin (dried out?)

9 Volt Battery

Amplifier cord

Headphones

Hard foam case with music pocket

The violin didnt work at all. The chip was sticking into the battarie compartment and when I tryed to take the battarie out the whole back of the violin almost came off. The collor of the violin is varry diffrent from the picture too. I DID get a full refund back though so I'm varry happy about that.

Low rating because when plugging it in the electric part does not work. I have tried everything I can to fix it but still does not work the way it is described. Rosin dried out and popped the E barely tuning it.

I don't know how the violin plays yet because i bought this for my girlfriend. It did not come with a hard case but a soft case, the bow is extremely cheaply made. Also like others I got the rosin as hard as a rock. The headphones are junk. They hardly work at all due to a short in the plug. The smallest string snapped as when I tried to put the bridge on even though it had not yet been tensioned but was still very loose. Now as for the quality of the violin itself I can't say yet due to the fact I don't play the violin. I can say that the violin itself is not made very well. Just pay the extra money and get a good one.

I bought this and when I tried to tune it the first time a string broke and the knobs are to stiff. The resin was in broken pieces.

I finally had it with a mess of cables, ground loops and buzz and hum. I purchased this unit to house my TC tuner, MXR equalizer, Resonant Electrics Manifold Drive and Small Hadron Collider, vintage ProCo RAT and Boss CE-2, Boss DD-7 and DD-6 delays, TC Nova delay, Strymon Lex, Mr. Black Eterna reverb and TC Ditto looper. I was able to wire this up so all the drive and EQ was in one loop and the modulation effects are in another loop. I can then either use the drives into the front of the amp, with modulation in effects loop or jumper at the patch bay and run everything into a non-effects loop amp.

I wired it together with George L's cables and, amazingly, it's silent. I've got a Boss noise suppressor on the board that I don't even have to use. The power supply in this thing definitely helps keep things quiet.

I did find that I couldn't power too many effects using a Boss multi-effects daisy chain cable off the 9V 100ma circuits, so I run a number of effects off the noise suppressor. Secondly, there's not enough juice to power the TC Nova delay or the Strymon Lex from the board, so I velcroed down a power strip to the board and used those effects own adaptors. That's the only reason I give the product a 4 star review.

If you've got a bunch of pedals in your signal chain and need something to tame the rat's nest and buzzing, while making it easy to transport, I think this is for you. Be advised, it is HEAVY.

This item is definitely good when living in a house with others, and you can practice different rudiments on it, but there are no digital cymbals or a digital bass. The fell to the "drums" isn't the greatest either, but they do do the job. there are a bunch of different sound effects on this I'd never be able to pull off with the real drum set I have, which ameks me like it. So again, I think Yamaha for making this, it kept me from quitting the drums, and now my family and I get along together because there is no noise factor.

I use this for Audio-Technica Pro Series 5. Very comfortable and has good sound quality. It is good for preaching and teaching. The price is also good too.

The detached cable has to be careful handled. Always pull from the receiver. Do not twist the connector. This vendor has good customer service. Contact them first if you have any issue. I am very satisfied with them.

I ordered two of these. Neither worked AT ALL. Returned both of them. I suspect the weak link is the detachable cable connection. For just a few dollars more, I have found MT830CWTH microphones to be extremely reliable and have excellent sound quality. I was just trying to save a few bucks and liked the idea of the "over-the-ear" style headset, but the fact that I got no audio signal at all out of these mics was very disappointing. The good news is that Amazon has a very good return policy!!
