As an account executive of a marketing company I am on the phone all day. I have tried numerous headsets over the years and have never really liked any of them. I finally decided to spend a little more than I usual do and see if there really is a difference...THERE IS...gone are the headaches from wearing them all day, these fit nice and are very comfortable, I can hear without having to turn the volume up, I am not distracted by my co workers. I can finally actually hear what people are saying...it does not come with the 2.5 connector which I find not fun but I was able to order it thru Amazon...in fact I returned the first set because I thought it was missing....if you are on the phone all day these are perfect...the cord is a little short.

I want a binaural headset for my phone with a 2.5mm connector. Will this work?? I have no idea because there is no mention of what connector it has, not even a picture.

Works as expected. I am using it with a Polycom IP550, which did require one of those smart cables (a little extra expense) and a bit of play around with the setting on the smart cable. Once I found the optimal setting, I have no complaints.

i was asked to erase my review in order to get a full return on my money if u didnt want a bad review u should change your policy because a satisfied company gives a good review and a unsatisfied customer gives bad reviews i would have changed my review but u said i couldnt get my money all back unless i did so i would rather keep the headset than to be bully in to erasing it i give great review when i am treated fairly i really cant say anything bad about the headset but the policy sucke like i said
