The keyboard is just what I expected a portable keyboard that plays well with lots of different ways to play.

When I ordered, I saw that a stand was included but when I received my order, the stand was not included in the box.

The representative did an excellent job of solving the problem and I will receive a stand. Thank you Amazon customer service.

After reading various reviews I did indeed buy an additional power supply, although the keyboard does come with one. I am very glad I did because the one that comes in the box with the keyboard does NOT WORK. I put the batteries in and it worked just fine. I will have to wait on the other PS because they shipped in two parts. I will say that although I put down for the basic shipping and was expecting it to come in about 5 days it actually came in 3. Just curious to know why these PS are not working with many of the keyboards? They are in the original box WITH the keyboard, not as an extra purchase. I just realized that the one I did order is NOT compatible with the CTK-2300 although it was under the things mostly ordered along with the keyboard. That is my fault for not reading further on the notes section. It fits about 20 different keyboards just not the one I purchased, so be careful if you are planning on doing the separate purchases.

A few days later... I received the 2nd power supply and it didn't fit either! I did order the the one from World TourWTAD5 which is supposed to be for the Casio models CTK BUT once again, when it arrived it didn't fit!! Now I mad because I have 3 power supplies and none of them work! So I am packing up the whole thing and sending it back. Probably going to order the Yamaha version and see where that gets me. I really did like the keyboard but the adapter issue is just too much to handle at this point!

the headphones were broken when i got them but the stand and the pinao was great ... although i could tell the pinao was used when i ordered new

Before purchasing this keyboard, I had no knowledge of how to play. The song book that was included, and the tunes you could play along to really helped me learn. It's easy to use, has great sound, and everything works great. 5/5 stars for sure!
